All fees and rebates are consistent current Government, Medicare and Australian Psychological Society Guidelines. Please check with us as fees vary based on a number of factors such as session duration, whether the sessions are individual or couple, and so on.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that we charge the full fee for appointments cancelled by you with less than 24 hours notice, and fifty percent for appointments cancelled by you with 24-48 hours notice.

MEDICARE REBATES:

You may be able to claim a rebate of $125.00 for a 50 minute consultation, up to a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year. To receive this rebate you must be referred by a General Practitioner under the Better Access to Mental Health Care Programme (GP Item 2710).

PAYMENT TERMS:

All payments are due at the time of the session. Our practice has full EFTPOS facilities.
